Young Girls to Young Ladies Club Program

This supportive initiative helps girls ages 12–16 who have been identified as at-risk, involved with delinquency, or part of the Student At Risk Program (S.A.R.P.). The program focuses on positive development, mentoring, life skills, and community connection for girls living in low-to-moderate income neighborhoods.

TROY Community Academy (TCA)

In partnership with Miami‑Dade County Public Schools, TCA supports teens ages 13–18 who are struggling in traditional school environments and may be involved in the juvenile justice system. After regular school hours, students participate in academic support, group counseling, job skills training, community projects, and leadership activities. Transportation support is provided.
